Unfortunately, we do not have private parking. However, there are many parking options available. 500 metres from the hotel, you will find free parking (next to the school, on Calle Roger de Flor). On the day of check-in, we will show you the different alternatives. If you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yes, we work with a private transport company. The cost of the transfer from the airport to the hotel is 86 euros, with a maximum of 4 passengers.
Our reception is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If you arrive after midnight, we will provide you with an access code to enter the hotel. Your room key and an information note will be waiting for you in an envelope at the reception desk.
The official check-in time is 3:00 PM. If the previous guests have vacated the room early, we will do our best to prioritise cleaning and allow you to access the room earlier. If your room is not ready upon arrival, you can leave your luggage in the reception’s luggage storage.
Late check-out depends on availability. We recommend asking at reception on the day of your departure. If it’s not possible, you can leave your luggage in a secure area at reception.
Yes, we accept pets, but the owners must take responsibility for them during their stay and for any possible damage they may cause.
Yes, we have a secure place to store bicycles. You can also store them in your room or balcony. For electric bikes, we have a private area where you can store and charge them.
Yes, we provide beach towels with a 10 EUR deposit per towel, which will be refunded upon return. You can exchange your towel for a clean one once a day if you are staying for several days.
Yes, our rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a kettle.
Our rooms have two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed of 2.10 m wide, depending on availability. Since we have a limited number of mattress toppers, we cannot always guarantee this option.
Yes, upon prior request, we can provide a travel cot at no additional charge. If all our cots are in use, we can request more, but it is essential that you notify us in advance.
Our breakfast is a continental buffet. However, if you notify us at least one day in advance, we can adapt the breakfast to your needs (for example, gluten-free bread or lactose-free milk) at no additional cost. The price for breakfast is €9 per person if not included in the booking.
Yes, we have 2 rooms fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, with wider doors, walk-in showers, and no architectural barriers. We recommend requesting these rooms as early as possible to ensure availability.
We use an external laundry service, which usually takes up to two days to return the clothes, and they do not operate on weekends. There is also a self-service laundry 10 minutes from the hotel. Ask at reception for more details.
The service for renting sunbeds and parasols on the beach in Puerto Pollensa is managed by a private company, so it is not possible to reserve them through the hotel. You can go directly to the beach to inquire about prices and availability.
